From a Philadelphia barbershop to a licensed barber and beauty academy — the story of All In The Wrist.
THE STORY
Where It All Began
All In The Wrist Barber & Beauty Academy came into existence from the It's All In The Wrist Barber Shops which began in Philadelphia in 1999. Young men coming in for a sharp haircut would observe and express interest in the craft — and saw a means to make a living and provide for their families.
After opening several shops, Fabian — entrepreneur, disabled veteran, and Founder of All In The Wrist Barber Shop I in Smyrna, Delaware and All In The Wrist Barber Shop II in Milford, Delaware — decided to pursue a long-time dream: becoming a licensed teacher.
That dream became All In The Wrist Barber & Beauty Academy. Fabian created an incredible Master Barber Plan that includes teachings and techniques not commonly found in other barber schools. The main focus is to produce skillful entrepreneurs of the future who strive for excellence — and therefore provide excellence.
It's All In The Wrist — Philadelphia
The original barbershop opens in Philadelphia, sparking a passion for the craft and a vision for the future.
Expansion to Delaware
All In The Wrist Barber Shop I opens in Smyrna, Delaware, followed by Shop II in Milford, Delaware.
The Academy Is Born
Fabian earns his teaching license and founds All In The Wrist Barber & Beauty Academy, turning a long-time dream into reality.
Building the Next Generation
The Academy continues to train skillful, entrepreneurial barbers and cosmetologists in Smyrna, Delaware.

A disabled veteran and lifelong entrepreneur, Fabian built a network of barbershops before channeling his passion into education.
