All In The Wrist Barber & Beauty Academy takes all grievances and complaints seriously and is committed to a fair resolution process.
POLICY
Our Grievance Policy
All In The Wrist Barber & Beauty Academy is committed to providing a fair, prompt, and equitable process for resolving student, employee, and public grievances. Any individual who believes they have been treated unfairly or in violation of academy policies has the right to file a formal complaint.
HOW IT WORKS
Grievance Process
Informal Resolution
Students or employees are encouraged to first attempt to resolve concerns informally by speaking directly with the instructor, staff member, or supervisor involved. Many issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.
Formal Written Complaint
If informal resolution is not successful, the complainant should submit a written complaint to the School Director. The complaint should include a clear description of the issue, the date(s) of the incident(s), names of individuals involved, and any supporting documentation.
Investigation
The Director will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) business days and conduct a thorough investigation. All parties involved will have the opportunity to present their account of the situation.
Resolution & Response
The Director will provide a written response to the complainant within thirty (30) days of receiving the formal complaint, outlining the findings and any corrective action to be taken.
External Agencies
If the complainant is not satisfied with the academy's resolution, they have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate state or federal enforcement agency. Filing an internal complaint is not required before filing an external complaint.
